The Healthcare Professional Development Institute (PDI) is a collaborative effort between Lake Land College and Illinois healthcare providers that conduct internal employee training. Through PDI, your employees earn valuable educational credits that can be used by your organization for PDI educational services and for reimbursement of your internal training costs.
By assisting healthcare providers in this way, Lake Land College fulfills its mission to promote Illinois workforce and economic development through higher education. For this reason, there is no cost to participating employers.
